I'm Noah Yaghoubian. I've been walking into other people's networks in this valley since 2010, and I've almost never found one that somebody deliberately did badly.
What I find is a network that grew.
The building got an addition. Somebody needed Wi-Fi in the yard. A cooler went in. A new system needed its own isolated connection. Cameras got added by the alarm company, the phones by the phone vendor, and a couple of runs by whoever was available that week.
Every one of those decisions was reasonable at the time. Ten years later you have an environment nobody fully understands, holding up an operation that stops without it.
And here's the thing nobody says out loud: it usually works. Right up until it doesn't.

Is the Network Health Check really free?
Yes. No cost, no contract, and nothing to sign. You keep the network map and the written report either way. We'll follow up afterward because we'd like to earn your business — if the answer is no, tell us and we'll stop.
How long does it take and how disruptive is it?
A 15-minute call first so we understand your building and can tell you honestly whether it's worth doing. The walkthrough itself usually takes one to three hours depending on the size of the space. Nothing gets taken offline and your team keeps working the whole time.
Do you have to be onsite, or can this be done remotely?
Onsite. That's the entire point. A remote scan can tell you what devices exist; it can't tell you that a cable is sun-damaged, that an access point is mounted behind a steel rack, or that your network closet has no ventilation. The value is in somebody physically looking.
What do we actually get at the end?
A hardware inventory with age and support status, a Wi-Fi coverage picture measured at floor level, notes and photos on wiring and your rack, a written network map, and a prioritized list of what to fix ranked by risk and cost. It's yours to keep and yours to hand to anybody you like.
We already have an IT company. Can we still do this?
Yes, and plenty of businesses that do this have one. It's a second opinion on one specific part of your infrastructure. If your provider has it handled, you'll have confirmation rather than hope. If there are gaps, hand them the report — we're not asking you to switch anything.
Somebody quoted us a Wi-Fi project. Should we do this first?
Yes, and this is one of the best reasons to book it. A survey before you sign tells you whether the quote is sized correctly, whether the hardware being specified is current, and whether the design accounts for how your building is actually used. That's a cheap way to check a five-figure decision.
Our Wi-Fi drops when people move around the building. Is that a coverage problem?
Often it isn't. It's frequently a roaming problem — consumer or unmanaged equipment doesn't hand a device off cleanly between access points, so the connection drops instead of transferring. Adding more access points won't fix that. The walkthrough tells you which problem you actually have, which matters because the two have very different price tags.
What if you find a lot of problems?
We rank them. Urgent, worth planning for, and fine as it is. Most buildings have two or three things worth acting on and a longer list that can wait. We'd rather give you a realistic plan than a scare-tactic list of everything that isn't perfect.
Do we have to buy anything?
No. If you want us to fix what we found, we'll quote it in writing with make and model. If you'd rather hand the report to your current provider or shop it around, that's your call and the report is yours.
