You Don't Hate Your IT Company. That's the Problem.
If you hated them, you'd have fired them already. Instead they're fine. Mostly. They eventually get back to you. Things eventually get fixed. Nobody's furious.
So you stay, because switching sounds like a bigger headache than staying.
That's the whole reason this offer exists.

What "Fine" Actually Costs You
I'm Noah Yaghoubian. I've been running an IT company in Palm Desert since 2010, and I've taken over a lot of networks from providers who weren't bad exactly. They were fine.
Here's what fine looks like from the inside, in the businesses I walk into:
Nobody has documentation. Not because the last provider was hiding it — because they never made any. The network grew, people left, nothing got written down, and now finding out how the building works takes an hour every time something breaks.
Backups are running and nobody has tested a restore. Ever. Not once.
There's a list of small things everybody has learned to live with. The computer that takes 15 minutes to boot. The printer that only works from two desks. The shared folder somebody can't get into and stopped asking about eleven months ago. Nobody files a ticket for these anymore, because the last three tickets took four days.
Multi-factor authentication is on for most people. Not the owner, because it was annoying. Which is the account criminals actually want.
And the strategy conversation never happens. No roadmap, no replacement schedule, no budget. Technology is a series of surprises that arrive as invoices.
None of that is a crisis. That's exactly why it never gets fixed.
The Real Reason You Haven't Switched
It isn't price. It's that switching IT companies sounds miserable. You picture downtime, a month of chaos, your staff frustrated, passwords nobody can find, and the very real possibility you end up somewhere worse than where you started — locked into a contract you can't leave.
That's a completely rational fear. Most of it is even justified, because plenty of providers make switching exactly that painful on purpose.
So let's take that off the table entirely.
The 90-Day Better IT Challenge
Give us 90 days. Normal monthly price, no discount, no gimmick. If at the end of it you don't believe switching to Lazer IT was the right decision, you walk away with no long-term commitment and no contract buyout.
Here's what we commit to doing in those 90 days — in writing, so you can hold us to it:
| 1 | WE DOCUMENT YOUR ENTIRE ENVIRONMENT | Every device, every login, every subscription, every cable, every line-of-business application, and the custom processes your business actually runs on. Written down, labeled, and organized. You get a copy and it belongs to you permanently — including if you decide to leave. |
| 2 | WE CLEAN UP THE THINGS EVERYONE TOLERATES | The slow computer, the printer that only works from two desks, the folder nobody can get into. We ask your staff directly what annoys them, because they stopped filing tickets about it a long time ago. This is the part where your team decides whether they like us. |
| 3 | WE PUT REAL SECURITY IN PLACE | MFA on every account with no exceptions, endpoint detection and response, 24/7 SOC monitoring, email security, dark web monitoring, and staff phishing training. Included in the plan, not sold as an upgrade. And we tell you honestly what was missing when we arrived. |
| 4 | WE PROVE YOUR BACKUP ACTUALLY WORKS | Not a status report saying the job ran. An actual test restore, documented, with a written recovery time you can quote to your insurance carrier. If your current backup wouldn't have restored, you'll find out in week two rather than on the worst day of your year. |
| 5 | WE FIX WHAT KEEPS COMING BACK | Recurring problems get root-caused instead of reset again. If the same ticket has appeared three times, we go find out why. Closing tickets isn't the job — making them stop happening is. |
| 6 | YOU GET A ROADMAP AND A BUDGET | What's healthy, what's at risk, what needs replacing and roughly when it will cost you. Technology stops being a series of surprises and becomes a line item you can plan around, with follow-up meetings already on the calendar. |

How the 90 Days Actually Runs
No mystery, no chaos, and nothing that stops your business for a week.
| 1 | WEEK ONE — WE SHOW UP AND LOOK AROUND | We set a start date around your calendar, get agreements signed, and deploy our monitoring, backup and security tools quietly in the background. Then we run a full assessment of what you actually have. Your team's day doesn't change. |
| 2 | WEEKS TWO TO FOUR — THE FUNDAMENTALS GO IN | Security stack, 24/7 SOC, tested backups, patching, password management, and phishing training. Alongside that, we start clearing the backlog of small annoyances your staff have stopped mentioning. |
| 3 | MONTH TWO — WE FIX THE INFRASTRUCTURE | Whatever the assessment turned up, prioritized by what actually matters and scheduled around your business. Real numbers in writing before anything gets ordered or touched. Many times, for smaller companies under 50 computers we get this done in the first month. |
| 4 | MONTH THREE — YOU DECIDE | We sit down with what changed, what's still on the list, and the roadmap for the next 6 to 12 months. Then you tell us whether this was better. If the answer is no, you leave with your documentation and no buyout. |
What You're Risking
Let's be honest about it, because you're going to think about it anyway.
- You're not locked in. Month-to-month available. No long-term contract required to start, and no buyout clause if you leave.
- Your documentation is yours. Network map, configurations, credentials — handed to you, not held over you. If you go somewhere else, you take it with you and the next provider starts on day one instead of week three.
- Your data and accounts stay in your name. Your Microsoft tenant, your domain, your licenses. We administer them. We don't own them.
- The transition is our problem, not yours. We handle the coordination with your outgoing provider. You don't have to have an awkward conversation on our behalf.
- You're paying normal price. There's no introductory rate that jumps in month four. What you pay in month one is what you pay in month twelve.
The only thing you're actually risking is 90 days of paying roughly what you already pay somebody else.
What's Different, Specifically
| 1 | A LIVE PERSON IN 5 MINUTES | Not a ticket form, not a queue, not an overseas call center. We're working your issue within 15 minutes on average, and onsite within the hour when it needs hands on the equipment. Same technicians every time — we've never outsourced a ticket to a third party in fifteen years. |
| 2 | SECURITY ISN'T AN UPSELL | Monitoring, EDR, 24/7 SOC, ransomware and dark web protection, email security, and phishing training are in the plan. There's no "security tier" you can accidentally decline and then regret. |
| 3 | UNLIMITED SUPPORT, GENUINELY | On flat-rate plans there's no per-ticket charge and no meter running. Nobody on your team should hesitate to call because they're worried about an invoice — that hesitation is exactly how small problems become big ones. |
| 4 | WE HANDLE YOUR VENDORS | Your software companies, your ISP, your phone provider, your copier company. We sit on hold so your office manager doesn't have to. |

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the 90-Day Challenge free?
No, and I'd be suspicious of any IT company that offered three months free. This is normal service at normal monthly price. What's different is that you're not locked into anything to try it — no long-term contract required, and no buyout if you decide it wasn't better.
What happens if we're not happy at day 90?
You tell us, and you leave. We hand over your documentation, network map, configurations, and credentials, and we coordinate with whoever comes next so they aren't starting from scratch. No buyout clause, no penalty, no argument. We'd rather part cleanly than trap somebody who doesn't want to be here.
How disruptive is switching, honestly?
Less than you're imagining, because we plan it around your calendar rather than ours. Monitoring and security tools deploy quietly in the background. Anything that requires an interruption gets scheduled after hours or during whatever stretch is quiet for you. Most of our new clients say the first week felt like nothing happened, which is the goal.
Who owns our passwords and credentials?
You do. It's written into our contract — if you ask for your passwords and credentials, we give them to you. No delay, no conditions, no leverage. They live in a password manager you have access to, and if you ever leave, you take them with you. If your current provider won't hand yours over, that tells you something worth knowing.
We have an internal IT person. Does this still work?
Yes — that's co-managed IT and it works well. Your person stays the day-to-day contact and we handle monitoring, security, escalations, projects, and coverage for vacations and emergencies. The question worth asking is whether one person can cover a ransomware incident, a server failure, and a week off at the same time.
What does it cost?
We have flat-rate plans and hourly plans — whichever fits how your business actually runs. Flat-rate is a predictable monthly number with no charge for support calls; hourly makes more sense for some companies and we'll say so if it does. The figure depends on your user and device count. We can give you approximate numbers right on the 15-minute call rather than making you sit through a presentation for it.
What if we're mid-contract with somebody else?
Tell us the end date and we'll plan around it. In some cases it makes sense to run a short overlap so nothing falls through the gap. We're not going to advise you to break an agreement — but we will tell you honestly what it's costing you to wait.
How do you measure whether it was actually better?
Use our free 21 Questions report as the scorecard — that's the real test. Twenty-one questions any IT company should be able to answer immediately, with our answers printed next to each one. Score your current provider on it today, then score us at day 90. On top of that, the six commitments above are deliberately concrete: documentation delivered, annoyances cleared, security deployed, a tested restore, recurring problems root-caused, and a roadmap with budget. Either those things happened or they didn't.
What size businesses do you work with?
Our sweet spot is 10 to 100 workstations, and we work with companies both smaller and larger. Most of our clients depend on a specific line-of-business application and can't afford it being down.
What areas do you serve?
Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Indio, Coachella, Thousand Palms, Desert Hot Springs, Blythe, and the surrounding Coachella Valley. Our office is at 73280 Hwy 111 Ste 102, Palm Desert.
How do we start?
Book a 15-minute call at lazeritconsultants.com/discoverycall, or call 760-992-5562 and ask for Noah. We'll ask what's frustrating you, what you're paying now, and what your last bad week looked like — then give you approximate numbers and tell you exactly what the first 90 days would look like.
90 Days, or Another Year of Fine
You've been meaning to deal with this for a while. Most owners tell me they thought about switching for a year or two before they actually called.
The call is fifteen minutes. We'll ask what's frustrating you, what you're paying now, and what your last bad week looked like. Then we'll tell you straight whether we'd be an improvement — and if we wouldn't be, we'll say that too.
Ninety days from now you'll either have a documented network, tested backups, real security, a roadmap, and an IT company you don't think about — or you'll have your documentation and the freedom to walk. Those are the only two outcomes.
